In 2013, yoga classes and seminars for adults began to be shared for free with the intention of raising the overall health of the population of a small village in Tanzania.
Today we have instructors in several major towns and cities around the country who teach groups of children, youth and adults.
Through seminars offered in East African countries, we have trained various instructors who follow different modern styles of yoga in Classical Yoga.
Additionally, yoga was included as a complementary program in some NGOs dedicated to training adults with different kinds of skills or providing them with some kind of assistance, and was also introduced in hotels, studios, community associations and different spaces where the instructors were allowed to teach this practice.
