Our actions

We are empowering new leaders to transform the society from it’s roots by sharing tools to heal and maintain good physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health of the most vulnerable populations in Africa.

Today we have instructors in cities and villages sharing the foundation’s techniques with children, youth and adults in Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Malawi and Tanzania.

Through classes and seminars offered by instructors trained in Classic Yoga, each year we benefit more people.

Additionally, yoga was included as a complementary program in some NGOs dedicated to training adults with different kinds of skills or providing them with some kind of assistance, and was also introduced in hotels, studios, community associations and different spaces where the instructors were allowed to teach this practice.
